Danielle LaRoche, LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker

As a therapist, my ultimate goal is to empower individuals to make positive changes, develop healthy coping mechanisms, challenge negative thought patterns and ultimately achieve long-lasting personal growth. By utilizing evidence-based practices, I aim to equip individuals with the necessary tools and skills to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their goals. Recognizing the significance of individuality, I am committed to providing personalized treatment that respects each person’s unique journey.

My approach to therapy is rooted in empowerment, empathy, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and challenges. I specialize in addressing anxiety, stress, work place issues, depression, anger issues, trauma and addiction through a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness based interventions.

I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston University. Building upon this foundation, I furthered my education by completing a master’s degree at University of Southern California (USC). With a comprehensive background as a Program Director and Clinical Director in addiction and mental health treatment, my career has been dedicated to helping individuals overcome their struggles and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
